So, I'm not clever enough to actually video record the time McKenzie and Will took a bath together! Will is a daredevil in the tub, he almost gave me a heart attack when he dove into the water head first. I really do think boys are less cautious. The first time McKenzie saw him do that she slowly backed into the corner and remained there until it was over. So cute.

Wyoming

The three of us took a trip to Heath's parents' house this past weekend. It really was a lot of fun- forget your troubles. I wasn't in a very slideshowy mood so there are 3 incredibly lengthy posts with lots and lots of pictures! Enjoy. This first post is of the night we arrived and ALL of us went to dinner- that Dave & Carol were generous enough to pay for.

My Dad...

I lost my mind. Heath and I went to Wyoming this weekend- pictures to come. I forgot to call my fabulous DAD on Father's Day!! I'm an only child- he only gets one call. I feel awful and am trying to redeem myself by posting something special just for him. I really couldn't be any luckier and I wonder every day why the world works like it does, why my fantastic parents couldn't have any more kids!! Oh well. So I found this poem (I couldn't write my own because it is way too tender of a subject).

I love you Dad:

You may have thought I didn't see,

Or that I hadn't heard,

Life lessons that you taught to me,

But I got every word.

Perhaps you thought I missed it all,

And that we'd grow apart,

But Dad, I picked up everything,

I honestly could not think of a better holiday to celebrate your Birthday on. You are a wonderful husband and a fantastic father!! McKenzie is so lucky to have you and I know she loves you so much. Thank you for all you do for the two of us!
